Definitions and Introduction

4.1 Deposits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds into ak365. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawals
All withdrawal requests are processed after verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

- Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
- Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
- ak365 reserves the right to hold and investigate withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
- Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made before the wagering requirement is completed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- In the case of bonus misuse, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be investigated.
- Different contribution rates may apply toward wagering when betting on certain games.
5.3 VIP Program
ak365 has three VIP tiers — each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
You can advance to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity. VIP members enjoy priority support and special offers.
Gaming Rules
All games on ak365 are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verifiable.
6.1 Betting Limits
- Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits.
- Betting limits will be clearly stated in the game interface.
- Bets that are irregular due to a technical error may be voided.
6.2 Technical Issues
ak365 is not liable if a game is interrupted due to a technical error, internet disconnection or server problem. However, complete game session records are kept and will be used for dispute resolution.
6.3 Sports Betting
- Cricket betting includes BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments.
- Odds may change during a match in live betting.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Betting results will be considered final once the outcome is confirmed.
Prohibited Activities
Warning: Any of the following activities may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak365:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false information to obtain bonus benefits.
- Using another person's account or attempting to gain access to it.
- Using this platform for money laundering or illegal payment processing.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through hacking, cracking or software.
- Participating in coordinated betting or arbitrage betting.
- Playing games using bots or automated software.
- Harassing or threatening other members.
- Using the platform's brand or logo without authorization.
Liability and Limits
8.1 Risk Acknowledgement
Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. You acknowledge that you will not place bets beyond what you can afford to lose and that your participation in gaming is entirely your voluntary decision.

- ak365 is not liable for third-party technical failures.
- No compensation will be provided for losses caused by internet disconnection.
- ak365 is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure circumstances.
- The user bears full responsibility for losses resulting from their own negligence.
8.3 Dispute Resolution

Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure by User
You can close your account at any time. Complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. Contact our support for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.
9.2 Suspended by ak365
ak365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
- Providing false identity or information.
- Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
- Operating multiple accounts.
Upon account termination, you may be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimately earned balance. However, in cases of rule violations, all bonuses and unearned winnings will be forfeited.
